“If you like mould, filth, paper thin walls and junkies, this is the place for you! I lasted about 30mins and left. I felt so uneasy by the state of the room and clientle. Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. I would give half a star if an option.”

“下午三點十五分要Checkin，竟然找不到服務人員，最後只好打上面的電話問服務員在哪，服務員要我們自己進房間說鑰匙在桌上。 沒有提供吹風機，讓我的偏頭痛痛死人了，加上又找不到服務員。 隔天十點一到立刻跑來敲門說該退房了。 感覺不是很好，只是因為它便宜所以住進來了。”

“Great spot if you're looking to stay near Mornington. Down the end of a long driveway, so removed from traffic noise. Plenty of room, but cosy. ”

“From the start of our stay, everything went so smooth. The check in process and the communication with the host was quick and responsive. The house was super clean and all amenities were functional. What we really surprised us was how much care the host put in the house. The pantry was full of extras that I have never seen in any rental properties. From the ample dishwashing liquid, laundry detergents, Softners, Rice cooker, blender, full kitchen utensils. Everything you can think of and need is……

“Such a wonderful family weekend away. The kids loved the pool and the pool table. The photos don’t do the place justice. It has such a wonderful vibe about it; bright, modern and very well-appointed. We especially appreciated that the fittings were of great quality and the kitchen was well stocked not just with cooking utensils but also with sauces to cook and eat with, cupboards were stocked with plenty of tea, coffee, milk and chocolates and chips. There’re plenty of towels for everyone for……

“Property manager contacted me directly to inform us that this property was no longer available due to need work done. An alternative property was offered. Given we were a weeek out from our stay, we accepted the alternative as options in the area were extremely limited. The alternative property was passable (just), but was definitely not as we had hoped or paid for. Property manager was very nice, apologetic and friendly.”
